The invention discloses a track component laying, replacing and hoisting device and an operation method thereof. The double-spiral lead screw extends in the clamping direction and is arranged in the cross beam; and a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw. The two ends, in the clamping direction, of the double-spiral lead screw and the cross beam are rotationally connected in the axial direction, and the two ends of the double-spiral lead screw are provided with external threads opposite in rotation direction. The first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are connected with the two ends of the double-spiral lead screw through lead screw nuts respectively, and the lead screw nuts are provided with internal threads matched with external threads of the double-spiral lead screw. One end of the double-spiral lead screw extends out of the end of the cross beam and is used for inputting external rotating power, and the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw can be driven by rotation of the double-spiral lead screw to achieve centering clamping and loosening of the track component. The technical problems that an existing hoisting device is limited and unstable in application, low in operation efficiency and low in intelligent degree, and safety is difficult to guarantee can be solved.
