The at least two gantry crane devices are transversely placed on the first transport flatcar in a folding manner in a transport state; the retracting and releasing device is arranged on the first transport flatcar or the second transport flatcar and can realize placement or retraction of the gantry crane device through a turnover structure; and in the placing operation state, the gantry crane device is conveyed to a designated position through a longitudinal moving guide rail arranged on the first transport flatcar, is clamped and overturned by the retracting and releasing device, and is placed on a line after extending to a normal state. The technical problems that an existing large rail part replacing device is complex in structure and operation, high in cost and limited in space utilization can be solved.
