The invention discloses a novel tailing pond outer slope reclamation technology in an alpine region, which comprises the following steps of: researching a geologic structure and a soil texture layer distribution rule of the region, performing reclamation by adopting a soil layer structure consistent with the geologic structure and the soil texture layer distribution rule, performing reclamation on yellow clay with the thickness of 0.3 m on the surface of a dam slope, performing reclamation on humus soil with the thickness of 0.2 m on the basis, and partitioning and segmenting a dam body, a reclamation area is divided into a south auxiliary dam reclamation area and a main dam reclamation area. According to the method, the geologic structure and the soil texture layer distribution rule of a local area are researched, a soil layer structure consistent with the geologic structure is adopted for reclamation, and vegetation is planted on the reclaimed ground, so that the great difficulty in seepage drainage of a dam body in winter at present is solved, and particularly, the seepage effect of the dam body is extremely good due to a special'mold bag + barren rock 'damming process of the black mountain; the problems that an ice cover is easily formed on the surface of a dam slope, seepage water below flows, a shallow layer of the dam body slides easily, the stability of the dam body is weakened, and safety and environmental protection evaluation is affected are solved.
本发明公开了一种高寒地区新型尾矿库外坡复垦技术,其包括以下步骤:通过研究本地区地质结构及土质层次分布规律,采用与其一致的土层结构进行复垦,在坝坡表面先复垦0.3m厚的黄黏土,在此基础上复垦0.2m厚的腐殖土,将坝体进行分区分段,将复垦区域分为南副坝复垦区和主坝复垦区。本发明通过研究本地区地质结构及土质层次分布规律,采用与其一致的土层结构进行复垦,并在复垦后的地面种植植被,解决了现在冬季坝体的排渗存在较大困难,特别是乌山特有的“模袋+废石”筑坝工艺,坝体本身的渗流效果极佳,易在坝坡表面形成冰盖,下方渗水流淌,易产生坝体浅层滑动,使坝体稳定性减弱,影响安全环保评估的问题。
