The invention discloses a closed reclamation method for a large pit type tailing pond, an adopted slurry discharging backfilling device (6) is formed by combining a slurry discharging pipeline and a plurality of floating and sinking cylinders, the plurality of floating and sinking cylinders are bound at two ends of the slurry discharging pipeline and stably suspend on the water surface in the pit type tailing pond, and slurry discharging holes are formed in the lower surface of the slurry discharging pipeline. A set amount of backfill soil, water and plant seeds are added into a slurry mixing pool (1) to be stirred, then mixed slurry is conveyed into a slurry discharging pipeline (8) of a slurry discharging and backfilling device (6) through a slurry air pump (10) and a slurry conveying pipeline (3) and is discharged through a slurry discharging hole (11), and therefore soil covering is conducted on a certain partition of a tailing pit opening in the upper portion of a pit type tailing pond needing backfilling. The method is applied to closed reclamation of the large-scale pit-type tailings pond, the safety and environment-friendly requirements are met in the closed process of the large-scale pit-type tailings pond and after final reclamation, and meanwhile, the earthing which is low in manufacturing cost, easy to construct and short in age is realized.
本发明公开了一种大型坑式尾矿库闭库复垦方法,采用的排浆回填装置(6)由一根排浆管道、若干浮沉筒组合构成,若干浮沉筒绑扎于排浆管道的两端并平稳地悬浮在坑式尾矿库内的水面上,排浆管道的下面设有排浆孔。在浆体拌合池(1)内加入设定量的回填土、水、植物种子进行搅拌,再通过浆体气泵(10),经泥浆输送管道(3)将拌合浆料输送至排浆回填装置(6)的排浆管道(8)中,经过排浆孔(11)排出,从而对需要回填的坑式尾矿库之上部尾矿坑口的某分区进行覆土。本发明应用于大型坑式尾矿库闭库复垦,在确保大型坑式尾矿库闭库过程和最终复垦后满足安全和环保要求的同时,实现造价低、施工简易且龄期短的覆土。
