The invention provides an elevator steel frame structure, a mounting method thereof and an elevator comprising the elevator steel frame structure. The method comprises the following steps: providing a first steel frame module which comprises a tabulate first mounting and positioning part; providing a second steel frame module, wherein the second steel frame module comprises a flat-plate-shaped second mounting positioning part; the second steel frame module and the first steel frame module are stacked to form at least one part of the elevator shaft, and the first abutting face of the first installation positioning part and the second abutting face of the second installation positioning part make contact with each other and abut against each other; aligning pins penetrate through the first mounting positioning part and the second mounting positioning part to preliminarily position the first steel frame module and the second steel frame module; an adjusting screw penetrates through the second mounting and positioning part to abut against the first abutting surface of the first mounting and positioning part, and the relative position of the first steel frame module and the second steel frame module is adjusted through the adjusting screw; and fixing screws are mounted to fix the first mounting and positioning part and the second mounting and positioning part together.
