The invention discloses a construction method of a steel-structure elevator main body frame, and belongs to a steel-structure elevator facility. In the method, stand columns and cross beams are fixedto form the steel-structure elevator main body frame, each stand column comprises a stand column body, the cross sections of the outer side and the inner side of each stand column body are both in anL shape, extension sections are welded to optional positions of the vertical faces of the connection parts of the outer side and the inner side of each stand column body, and the cross beams are fixedto the stand column bodies through the extension sections. According to the method, as the inner side face and the outer side face of the stand column body of each stand column are both designed intoan L shape, when the cross beams are fixed to the stand columns through the extension sections, the situation that some edges and corners of the stand columns are located in a steel-structure hoistway does not occur any more, the size of an elevator car and the opening width of a car door cannot be affected, and a hoistway with the same size can contain an elevator car with a larger size and allow a larger door opening width; and production materials can be saved on the premise that the strength of the stand columns is guaranteed, so that the production cost of a steel-structure elevator canbe reduced.
本发明公开了一种钢结构电梯主体框架的施工方法,属一种钢结构电梯设施,所述方法采用立柱与横梁固定形成钢结构电梯主体框架,所述立柱包括立柱本体,所述立柱本体外侧与内侧的横截面均呈L形,且所述立柱本体外侧与内侧的连接部的立面上,任意位置焊接有延伸段,通过所述延伸段在立柱本体上固定横梁;方法中采用的立柱为将立柱本体内侧面与外侧面均设计为L形,使得当横梁通过延伸段固定在立柱上时,立柱不再具有棱角位于钢结构井道的内部,从而不会影响电梯轿厢的尺寸及轿厢门的开门宽度,在同等尺寸的井道内可容纳更大尺寸的轿厢与更宽的开门宽度,且在保证立柱强度的前提下还可节约生产材料,有利于降低钢结构电梯的生产成本。
