The invention discloses a method for producing cement clinker by using gasified slag, and relates to the technical field of cement clinker production methods, the method comprises the following steps: 1, quantitatively adding gasified slag into limestone to form a mixture of the limestone and the gasified slag; step 2, grinding the mixture generated in the step 1 into powder, and then transferring the formed powdery mixture into a rotary kiln for calcining; step 3, quantitatively adding ferrous sulfate heptahydrate into the cement generated in the step 2 to realize removal of hexavalent chromium ions; in the calcining process of the step 2, the temperature of each stage of cyclone cylinder is reduced by 10 DEG C by controlling the temperature of each stage of cyclone cylinder of the preheater, and then the temperature in the rotary kiln is increased, so that the probability of crusting of each stage of cyclone cylinder of the preheater is further prevented; due to the fact that the gasified slag has certain hazard factors, hexavalent chromium ions are removed by correctly adding the gasified slag, reasonably controlling the calcination temperature and adding ferrous sulfate heptahydrate into the cement, and a good foundation is laid for safe production of the cement.
本发明公开了一种利用气化渣生产水泥熟料的方法,涉及水泥熟料的生产方法技术领域,步骤一、往石灰石中定量掺加气化渣,形成石灰石与气化渣的混合料;步骤二、将步骤一产生的混合料研磨成粉,然后将形成的粉状混合物转入回转窑内煅烧;步骤三、将步骤二产生的水泥中定量掺加七水硫酸亚铁,实现六价铬离子的去除;在步骤二的煅烧过程中中,通过控制预热器各级旋风筒温度,使各级旋风筒温度降低10℃,再将回转窑窑内温度提高,进步一防止了预热器各级旋风筒涨结皮的几率;因气化渣本身具有一定危害因素,通过正确的添加、合理的控制煅烧温度以及在水泥添加七水硫酸亚铁,实现六价铬离子的去除,为水泥的安全生产奠定良好基础。
