Method for producing cement clinker by utilizing coal gasification slag
The invention discloses a method for producing cement clinker by using coal gasification slag. The technical problem that hexavalent chromium ions exceed the standard after the coal gasification slag is doped is solved. The method comprises the following steps: (1) processing coal gasification slag; (2) raw material pretreatment: taking limestone, silica, lamprophyres and copper slag, and crushing the limestone, the silica, the lamprophyres and the copper slag in a crusher; adding the pulverized raw material and the coal gasification slag into a pre-homogenization silo, fully homogenizing, stirring, heating and decomposing; (3) clinker firing: feeding mixed fuel into the rotary kiln, and controlling the temperature in the kiln to be 1270-1330 DEG C; feeding the decomposed raw material into a rotary kiln, sintering for 20-25 minutes to finish calcination, and finally feeding into a grate cooler to quickly cool, and quickly cooling the clinker subjected to high-temperature calcination to 90-100 DEG C; and (4) adding ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. The quantity of hydration products in the cement paste is increased, the setting time is shortened, and the compressive strength of the cement paste is improved.
本发明公开了一种利用煤气化渣生产水泥熟料的方法,解决了煤气化渣掺加后会带来六价铬离子超标的技术问题。下述步骤:(1)加工煤气化渣;(2)生料预处理:取石灰石、硅石、煌斑岩、铜渣于破碎机内部进行粉碎;将粉末后的生料以及煤气化渣一起加入预均化库内部,进行充分的均化、搅拌,再加热、分解;(3)熟料烧成:向回转窑内喂入混合燃料,将窑内温度控制在1270~1330℃;将分解后的生料送入回转窑,烧结20~25min,完成煅烧,最后进入到篦冷机进行快速冷却,将经过高温煅烧的熟料快速冷却到90~100℃;(4)再添加七水硫酸亚铁。本发明提高水泥浆体中水化产物数量,缩短凝结时间,提高水泥浆体抗压强度。
