A 1-fluoro-1-(diphenylmethylsilyl) ethylene functional group is introduced into the water reducer, a silane functional group has a very good adsorption effect, cement particles are restrained under the electrostatic adsorption effect of hydroxyl, the cement particles are more uniformly dispersed, a fluorocarbon bond has a good hydrophobic property, the hydrophobic property is enhanced, so that the HLB value is lower, and the water reducing effect is better. When the HLB value is reduced, the capability of associating with water can be reduced, more free water can be released, and the effect of reducing the viscosity is achieved; fluorine in the group has electronegativity, plays a role in filling barrier and electrostatic interaction on a molecular chain of the water reducing agent, and forms a uniform net-shaped structure as a fulcrum to achieve a thixotropic equilibrium state.
