The invention relates to the technical field of chemical materials, in particular to a branched viscosity-reducing monomer, a branched-structure viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the branched viscosity-reducing monomer comprises the following steps that an intermediate 1 is added into a container, nitrogen is introduced to remove air in a system, and the intermediate 2 is added into the container; adding acetonitrile, dissolving, fully stirring to completely dissolve the intermediate 1, adding potassium carbonate and potassium iodide, heating, and dropwise adding ethylenediamine; condensing and refluxing at normal temperature after dropwise adding, and filtering the product to obtain an intermediate 3; and adding the intermediate 3 into a container, adding deionized water, heating to 50-60 DEG C, slowly adding P2O5, reacting for 3-4 hours, and keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 hour after the reaction is finished, thereby obtaining the branched viscosity-reducing monomer. The prepared branched structure viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer can release more free water when acting on cement molecules, can play a significant viscosity reduction effect, and has important practical application value.
本发明涉及化工材料技术领域,特别涉及提供一种支化降粘单体及支化结构降粘型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,支化降粘单体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在容器中加入中间体1,通入氮气去除体系内空气,加入乙腈溶解充分搅拌使中间体1完全溶解,加入碳酸钾和碘化钾,加热,滴加乙二胺;滴加完以后在常温下冷凝回流,将产物过滤后得到中间体3;在容器中加入中间体3,再加入去离子水,加热至50‑60℃后,缓慢加P2O5,反应3‑4h,反应结束后保温0.5‑1h,得到支化降粘单体。本发明提供的所制备的支化结构降粘型聚羧酸减水剂,其作用在水泥分子上时可以使更多的自由水被释放,能够起到显著降粘效果,具有重要的实际应用价值。
