Anti-corrosion treatment process for offshore steel pipe pile
The invention discloses an anti-corrosion treatment process for an offshore steel pipe pile. The anti-corrosion treatment process comprises the steps of steel pipe pile machining, primary spraying, assembling, secondary spraying, cathode protection equipment configuration and protection equipment configuration. According to the scheme, through the mode that primary spraying and secondary spraying are matched, after assembling is completed, secondary spraying is carried out on the assembling part, and the situation that after existing overall spraying is completed, assembling is carried out, and consequently an anti-corrosion coating is damaged is avoided; by arranging the cathode protection equipment, the steel pipe column becomes a cathode in the use process of the steel pipe column, so that electron migration caused by corrosion is inhibited, and corrosion is avoided or weakened; and protection equipment is arranged, so that the damage of sea wave impact to the second coating is reduced, and a good anti-corrosion effect is achieved on the whole.
