The invention relates to a built-in latticed column type double-steel-plate shear wall and a mounting method thereof, and belongs to the field of structural seismic resistance. The steel plate shear wall is composed of two outer side steel plates, edge built-in steel pipe columns and a plurality of middle built-in steel pipe columns which are arranged between the two steel plates, a plurality of connecting batten plates between the steel pipe columns and filled light concrete. Steel plates on the two sides are symmetrically arranged in parallel; the two outer side steel plates are provided with vertical long-strip-shaped plug welding seam holes which are used for being in plug welding seam connection with the steel pipe columns and the connecting batten plates; connecting batten plates are welded between the built-in steel pipe columns. Lightweight concrete is poured into inner cavities of the steel pipe columns and cavities between the steel pipe columns so that the heat preservation performance and the energy dissipation capacity of the shear wall can be improved. According to the invention, good lateral stiffness and anti-seismic performance are achieved, and meanwhile, enough vertical bearing capacity is achieved.
