The invention provides a flushing device for a closed hydraulic system, a hydraulic pump, the closed hydraulic system and a concrete pump truck. A flushing device includes: a shuttle valve including two inlets and one outlet, and selectively communicating one of the two inlets with a lower pressure to the outlet; the overflow valve is connected to an outlet of the shuttle valve, and the overflow valve is opened only when pressure from the shuttle valve is higher than preset pressure during normal operation. The flushing device further comprises a logic valve, the logic valve comprises a logic valve element, the logic valve is connected to the overflow valve, the logic valve element can be switched between a first position and a second position, and at the first position, the logic valve does not affect normal work of the overflow valve; in the second position, the logic valve keeps the relief valve closed.
