Wherein the materials comprise 300.5 kg to 473.6 kg of fly ash, 25.5 kg to 91.6 kg of cement, 209.3 kg to 607.4 kg of natural river sand, 201.3 kg to 1219.6 kg of natural gravel, the substitution rate of coal gangue is 0% to 80%, the use amount of water glass is 109.21 kg to 350.07 kg, the use amount of a NaOH solution is 26.53 kg to 51.34 kg, 200.1 kg to 703.4 kg of coal gangue, and a water reducing agent accounts for 0.2% to 2% of the weight of the cementing material. The working performance and the strength of the obtained novel coal gangue aggregate geopolymer concrete meet the requirements of C30 concrete, and the coal gangue and the fly ash can be utilized on a large scale in the use process, so that solid wastes are reasonably utilized, and the cost of the concrete is reduced.
本发明提供一种新型煤矸石骨料粉煤灰地聚物混凝土材料及其制备方法。其中材料为粉煤灰300.5kg‑473.6kg,水泥25.5kg‑91.6kg,天然河砂209.3‑607.4kg,天然碎石201.3kg‑1219.6kg,煤矸石取代率为0%‑80%,水玻璃用量为109.21kg‑350.07kg,NaOH溶液为26.53kg‑51.34kg,煤矸石200.1kg‑703.4kg,减水剂占胶凝材料重量的0.2%‑2%。本发明所得到的新型煤矸石骨料地聚物混凝土的工作性能与强度满足C30混凝土要求,在使用过程中能够大规模的利用煤矸石、粉煤灰,使得固体废弃物得到合理的利用,降低混凝土的成本。
