Limestone tailing slag solidified and pressed kerb and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of road construction engineering, in particular to a curb formed by solidifying and pressing limestone tailings and a preparation method of the curb. The curb is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-80 parts of limestone tailing slag, 8-17 parts of calcium hydroxide, 6-15 parts of fly ash, 1-6 parts of bamboo and wood fibers, 5-10 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 8-20 parts of a solid admixture, 1-5 parts of a liquid adhesive and 1-8 parts of water. The solid admixture and the liquid adhesive are used for realizing cementation and long-term hardening of the curb after being combined with other materials. The limestone tailing slag, calcium hydroxide and fly ash are used as base materials, fibers are used as reinforced compression-resistant materials, the curb is pressed under the action of bidirectional high pressure, the slag is fully utilized to make the regenerated road engineering building block, and the real resource utilization of solid waste is achieved.
本发明涉及道路施工工程技术领域,特别是涉及一种石灰岩尾矿渣固化压成型路缘石及其制备方法,路缘石由下列组分的原料组成:石灰岩尾矿渣10‑80份、氢氧化钙8‑17份、粉煤灰6‑15份、竹木纤维1‑6份、普通硅酸盐水泥5‑10份、固体掺和剂8‑20份、液态粘合剂1‑5份、水1‑8份,所述固体掺和剂和所述液态粘合剂用于与其余材料结合后实现路缘石的胶结和长久固硬。本发明利用石灰岩尾矿渣料、氢氧化钙、粉煤灰作基材,纤维作增强抗压材料,在双向高压力作用下,压制成路缘石,充分利用这类矿渣做成再生道路工程砌块,做到真正的固体废弃物资源化利用。
