Erosion-resistant light-weight refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an erosion-resistant light-weight refractory material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of a base material, 54-56 parts of corundum aggregate and 4-6 parts of cement, wherein the base material is a mixture of magnesium oxide, graphite, aluminum oxide and zirconium dioxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the erosion-resistant light-weight refractory material, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the base material, the corundum aggregate and the cement slurry, molding by casting, curing, heating and drying, then heating to 1500-1550 DEG C in an inert gas atmosphere, and then introducing air to sinter for 5-6 hours to obtain the erosion-resistant light-weight refractory material. The corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance and mechanical performance.
本发明公开了一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:基料40份、刚玉骨料54‑56份、水泥4‑6份;其中,基料为氧化镁、石墨、氧化铝和二氧化锆组成的混合物。本发明还公开了上述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将基料、刚玉骨料、水泥浆料混匀,浇注成型,养护,加热干燥后,接着在惰性气体氛围中升温至1500‑1550℃,再通入空气烧结5‑6h制得耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料。本发明具有良好的耐侵蚀性能和机械性能。
