The invention relates to a micro-closed-cell light-weight zirconia refractory material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking 85-95 parts by mass of ZrO2 micro powder, 5-20 parts by mass of a pore-forming agent, 2-10 parts by mass of a stabilizer and 1-6 parts by mass of a nano additive as raw materials, adding 50-90 parts by mass of water, uniformly mixing, drying and ball-milling to obtain mixed powder; then adding 1-3 parts by mass of a binder, uniformly mixing, and carrying out mechanical pressing molding; and curing and drying under a high-temperature condition, preserving heat at 1600-1800 DEG C for 1-6 hours, and cooling to room temperature at the rate of 10-20 DEG C/min, thereby obtaining the micro-closed-pore light-weight zirconium oxide refractory material. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, low cost and suitability for industrial production, and the prepared micro-closed-pore light-weight zirconium oxide refractory material is excellent in mechanical property, relatively high in closed porosity and relatively high in erosion resistance and thermal shock stability.
本发明涉及一种微闭孔轻量氧化锆耐火材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以85~95质量份的ZrO2微粉、5~20质量份的造孔剂、2~10质量份的稳定剂以及1~6质量份的纳米添加剂为原料,加入50~90质量份的水,混匀,烘干,球磨,得混合粉体;然后加入1~3质量份的粘结剂,混匀,机压成型;再于高温条件下固化,干燥,在1600~1800℃保温1~6小时,以10~20℃/min速率冷却至室温,制得微闭孔轻量氧化锆耐火材料。本发明具有工艺简单、成本低廉、适合工业化生产的特点,所制备的微闭孔轻量氧化锆耐火材料力学性能优良、闭口气孔率较高、抗侵蚀性能和热震稳定性能较强。
