The invention discloses a bridgehead bumping handling device utilizing air-filled bags, which comprises air bag devices, a plurality of accommodating grooves are formed in the joints of road surfaces on two sides and a bridge floor, the plurality of air bag devices are distributed in the accommodating grooves, the upper parts of the accommodating grooves are fixed through butt straps, and each air bag device comprises a strip-shaped high-strength air bag, an air inlet valve, an air pipe and a compressor. One end of the air pipe is connected with the air inlet valve, and the other end of the air pipe is connected with an external compressor. The device reduces or eliminates differential settlement between the bridge floor and the ground, so that the trouble of bumping at the bridge head is relieved or eliminated.
