A constructional column can be formed in the box-shaped concrete member, a heat preservation and insulation layer can be conveniently added, the structural strength of the box-shaped concrete member is improved, the weight of the whole member can be reduced, and the prefabrication quality of the large box-shaped concrete member is guaranteed.

本发明公开了一种大型箱状混凝土构件及其预制方法，在大型箱状混凝土构件预制中，先预制至少一块一次构件，并以该一次构件作为侧壁的基础进行二次浇注，并且在二次浇注中，所述的一次构件至少作为二次浇注中的组件。与现有技术相比，本发明在进行大型箱状混凝土构件预制生产中可以流水线式作业，特别是很多情况下一次构件可以作为二次浇注的模板，大大简化了整体浇注时的模板的结构，同时，能够在箱状混凝土构件中形成构造柱和方便地加装保温隔热层，不仅增加箱状混凝土构件的结构强度，而且能减轻整个构件的重量，保证大型箱状混凝土构件预制的质量。
