The invention discloses a profile steel beam high-altitude support-free segmented butt joint installation method. A first hanging ring and a second hanging ring are arranged at the positions, close to one ends, of a first cantilever steel beam section and a second cantilever steel beam section correspondingly; a third hoisting ring and a fourth hoisting ring are respectively arranged on a first steel column and a second steel column for fixing the steel beam; after the first cantilever steel beam section is lifted to the installation position, the other end of the first cantilever steel beam section is connected with the first steel column, and the first lifting ring and the third lifting ring are connected through a first inhaul cable; after the second cantilever steel beam section is lifted to the installation position, the other end of the second cantilever steel beam section is connected with a second steel column, and a second lifting ring and a fourth lifting ring are connected through a second inhaul cable; and after the empty filling steel beam section is hoisted to the installation position, one end is connected with one end of the first cantilever steel beam section, and the other end is connected with one end of the second cantilever steel beam section. The problems that in the prior art, under the condition that the site is limited, overall hoisting exceeds the capacity of hoisting equipment, and time is consumed for erecting and assembling a bracket, and the bracket is not economical are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种型钢梁高空无支架分段对接安装方法,在第一悬挑钢梁段和第二悬挑钢梁段上靠近一端的位置分别设置第一吊环和第二吊环;在用于固定钢梁的第一钢柱和第二钢柱上分别设置第三吊环和第四吊环;将第一悬挑钢梁段起吊至安装位置后,将另一端与第一钢柱连接,并将第一吊环和第三吊环采用第一拉索连接;将第二悬挑钢梁段起吊至安装位置后,将另一端与第二钢柱连接,并将第二吊环和第四吊环采用第二拉索连接;将补空钢梁段起吊至安装位置后,将一端与第一悬挑钢梁段的一端连接,将另一端与第二悬挑钢梁段的一端连接。本发明有效的解决了现有技术中存在的场地受限条件下,整体吊装超出起重设备能力和搭设支架拼装耗时且不经济的问题。
