The invention relates to the technical field of building steel structures, and discloses a building steel structure integral sliding device which comprises a sliding shell, and a sliding mechanism and a cleaning mechanism are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the sliding shell; the sliding mechanism comprises a connecting pipe, a fixed shell, a motor protection cover, a motor, a motor shaft, a threaded rod, a moving block, a first bearing, a steel wire rope, a hook, a sliding groove, a sliding block, a first sliding groove, a second sliding groove, a concave rod, a second bearing, a first pulley, a fixed rod, a third bearing and a second pulley. The fixed shell, the motors and the hooks are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the sliding shell, after a steel structure is fixed to the sliding block, the steel structure and the sliding block are driven to slide from the upper position and the lower position through the hooks, the load is reduced through the double motors, and through bidirectional steel structure sliding, the sliding stability can be improved through bidirectional pulling force; and shaking of the sliding mechanism during sliding is reduced.
本发明涉及建筑钢结构技术领域,公开了一种建筑钢结构整体滑移装置,包括滑移壳体,所述滑移壳体上下两侧设置有滑移机构和清洁机构;所述滑移机构包括连接管、固定壳体、电机保护罩、电机、电机轴、螺纹杆、移动块、第一轴承、钢丝绳、挂钩、滑动槽、滑动块、第一滑槽、第二滑槽、凹型杆、第二轴承、第一滑轮、固定杆、第三轴承和第二滑轮。本发明通过在滑移壳体上下设置固定壳体、电机和挂钩,可以将钢结构固定在滑动块上后,分别从上下位置利用挂钩,带动钢结构和滑动块滑动,不仅利用双电机降低负载,而且经过双向钢结构滑动,能够利用双向的拉动力增加滑移的稳定性,降低了滑动机构在滑动时的晃动。
