The activity area is provided with a green plant area, an airing area and a parking area, meanwhile, the activity area communicates with the exterior of the floor through a personnel channel and a freight channel, and the outer wall body where the activity area is located is of an open structure and communicates with the external environment. According to the device, the living unit is divided into the living area and the activity area, the functions of the living area and the activity area are divided into non-functional areas, and noise interference between neighbors can be greatly reduced through the design; lighting and ventilation of each layer of living unit are increased, and meanwhile the overall fireproof performance can be improved.
