The invention particularly discloses a water-resistant magnesium oxysulfate board. The water-resistant magnesium oxysulfate board is cured and molded through modified slurry, and the modified slurry is prepared from the following raw materials: 1.48 to 2.96 kg of light calcined magnesia powder, 0.57 to 1.14 kg of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate powder, 0.75 to 1.12 kg of modified fly ash, 0.001 to 0.01 kg of dispersing agent, 0.08 to 0.13 kg of chelating resin taking nitrogen as a coordination atom and 0.025 to 0.05 kg of waterproof agent in each liter of water. The content of magnesium oxide in the light calcined magnesium oxide is not less than 60wt%, and the fly ash is obtained by performing plasma irradiation on a blend formed by compounding waste incineration fly ash and zinc oxide. The waste incineration fly ash is treated in advance, the chlorine ion content of the waste incineration fly ash is reduced, meanwhile, the dispersing agent, the chelating resin and the waterproof agent are used in cooperation, the waste incineration fly ash can be recycled into the magnesium oxysulfate board, and the magnesium oxysulfate board overcomes the difficulty of moisture absorption and halogenation and has good water resistance.
