The invention discloses a water supply and drainage pipeline sealing rubber strip installation device which comprises a fixed bottom plate, rolling wheels, hydraulic supporting legs, stand columns, a movable block, an installer, a pusher and a hydraulic cylinder. The fixed bottom plate is in a cuboid design, the rolling wheels are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the fixed bottom plate, and telescopic rods are arranged at the positions close to the rolling wheels; the telescopic rod is installed on the side face of the fixed bottom plate through a bolt, a hydraulic supporting leg installed through a screw is arranged at the tail end of the bottom of the telescopic rod, a stand column installed through a screw is arranged on the upper portion of the right end of the fixed bottom plate and is of a portal frame type design, and a moving block is installed on the inner side of the stand column and can move up and down in the vertical direction of the stand column. An installer is installed at the right front end of the movable block, pushing devices are arranged on the two sides of the installer and connected with the stand columns, and a hydraulic cylinder is installed on the lower portion of the movable block and connected with the fixed bottom plate. The method is reasonable in design; and the moving block moves up and down under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the sealing rubber strip is easy to mount.
