The invention provides a double-fluid type photovoltaic photo-thermal roof assembly for a residential building and a using method of the double-fluid type photovoltaic photo-thermal roof assembly. The double-fluid type photovoltaic photo-thermal roof assembly comprises a photovoltaic cell layer, a water flow channel layer and an air flow channel layer. The water flow channel layer is attached to the lower portion of the photovoltaic cell layer and is composed of a water inlet collecting pipe, heat exchange branch pipes, a water outlet collecting pipe and a heat absorbing plate. The air flow channel layer is located below the water flow channel layer, transverse baffle plates are evenly arranged on the bottom plate to form an air heat exchange channel, and an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the width direction of the assembly. According to the invention, gradient utilization of solar energy can be realized, and three different forms of energy of electric power, domestic hot water and hot air can be provided. In addition, the building roof area can be fully utilized, building energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the building potential is improved.
本发明提出一种住宅建筑用双流体型光伏光热屋顶组件及其使用方法,组件包括光伏电池层、水流道层、空气流道层。水流道层贴附在光伏电池层下,由进水集管、换热支管、出水集管和吸热板组成。空气流道层位于水流道层下方,在底板均匀布置横向折流板,构成空气换热通道,空气进、出口设置在组件宽度方向上。本发明可以实现太阳能的梯级利用,可以提供电力、生活热水和热风三种不同形式的能量。另外,该组件可充分利用建筑屋顶面积,有效降低建筑能耗,提高建筑自身潜力。
