The invention discloses a construction method of a group pipe through-wall reserved hole in an outer wall of a pre-cast shear wall. The problems that existing group pipe through-wall reserved positioning is difficult, and waterproof treatment of a reserved steel pipe of the outer wall is not in place are solved. Six steel plates are used for manufacturing a closed rectangular box body with the thickness basically the same as that of an outer wall body, a top end opening closed steel plate protruding eave (5) is formed on the periphery of a box body frame (1), and top face closed angle steel (7) is connected between the inner side face of the top end opening closed steel plate protruding eave and the outer side face of the periphery of the box body frame in a welded mode. A top face closing angle steel protruding eave (9) is formed on the box body frame (1), the box body frame (1) is vertically arranged at the position where a group pipe penetrates in a pre-pouring shear wall outer wall (15), and the distance between the outer vertical face of the top face closing angle steel and the outer vertical face of the bottom face closing angle steel (8) is equal to the thickness of the pre-pouring shear wall outer wall (15). The method is particularly suitable for forming the group pipe through-wall reserved hole of the outer wall of the shear wall of a high-rise building.
