The invention provides a self-compacting concrete mix proportion design method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, measuring and/or calculating performance parameters of raw materials; s2, an excess sand layer model and an excess slurry model are constructed, a parameter ts is determined through the excess sand layer model, the ts represents the thickness of an excess filling sand layer on the surface of the coarse aggregate and is used for reflecting the rolling effect of a solid-phase material under different fine aggregate proportions, and correlation between the coarse aggregate volume proportion and the fine aggregate volume proportion is achieved; a parameter tp is determined through an excess slurry model, and tp represents the thickness of an excess slurry filling layer on the surfaces of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate and is used for reflecting the lubricating effect of the self-compacting concrete under different slurry material proportions, so that correlation among the volume proportions of the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and the slurry is achieved; and S3, determining the mix proportion of the self-compacting concrete. According to the invention, the mix proportion of the self-compacting concrete can be dynamically adjusted, so that the requirements on raw materials and construction environment changes in different regions are met.
