The invention relates to the technical field of tower crane foundation construction, and provides a construction method of a high-rise pile cap tower crane foundation which comprises a steel platform and supporting piles arranged below the steel platform. The supporting piles comprise reinforced concrete cast-in-place piles and steel columns which are fixed to the tops of the reinforced concrete cast-in-place piles and extend upwards. The upper ends of the steel columns are fixedly connected with the steel platform; the construction method comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating a steel platform and a steel column in a factory and transporting the steel platform and the steel column to a construction site; pouring holes are excavated in the construction site; manufacturing a reinforcement cage and welding the upper end of the reinforcement cage with the lower end of the steel column; s2, a reinforcement cage is hoisted into the pouring hole, and concrete is poured into the pouring hole to form a reinforced concrete pouring pile; and the steel platform is hoisted to the position above the steel columns and fixedly connected with the steel columns. The construction efficiency of the tower crane foundation is improved, the installation progress of the tower crane is advanced, and then the tower crane can be used for vertically transporting materials in advance.
