The invention relates to a post-pouring construction method for a reserved hole of a multi-story or high-rise building, in particular to a tongue-and-groove type plugging construction method for a reserved hole of a cast-in-place floor slab. According to the method, the cast-in-place floor reserved hole is blocked through the specially-made tongue-and-groove type shaping aluminum mold, the formwork is reinforced through the back-jacking support, concrete pouring is conducted twice after the embedded steel bars are additionally arranged at the position of the post-pouring component, the structural safety of the component is guaranteed, and the risk of concrete cracking is greatly reduced. The tongue-and-groove type shaping aluminum mold is mainly composed of a main frame, a handle, a positioning plate and a pressing piece. The tongue-and-groove step plate is arranged in the middle of the main frame in the vertical direction, a tongue-and-groove can be formed during concrete pouring, and it is effectively guaranteed that a post-poured component is firmly stressed; and meanwhile, the tongue-and-groove on the periphery of the hole increases a leakage path, so that the later leakage risk is reduced. The method is easy to operate and high in practicability, the set aluminum mold device is high in turnover frequency and scientific and environment-friendly, and the leakage problem of the reserved hole of the floor slab is effectively solved.
本发明涉及多层或高层建筑预留洞后浇筑施工方法，具体为现浇楼板预留洞企口式封堵施工方法。本发明通过特制的企口式定型铝模对现浇楼板预留洞进行封堵，采用回顶支撑进行模板加固，在后浇构件处加设植筋后，分两次进行混凝土浇筑，既保证了构件的结构安全，又大大降低了混凝土开裂的风险。企口式定型铝模主要由主框、把手、定位板和压片组成。主框的垂直方向中部设置企口台阶板，能在浇筑混凝土时形成企口，有效保证后浇构件受力牢固；同时洞口四周的企口增加了渗漏路径，降低了后期的渗漏风险。该方法法操作简单，实用性强，定型化铝模装置周转次数高，科技环保，且有效解决楼板预留洞口的渗漏问题。
