According to the preparation method, urea, carbohydrates and aluminum salt are taken as raw materials, a composite precursor substance with a coating structure is synthesized by a hydrothermal method, and pure-phase AlON powder is synthesized by combining a carbon thermal reduction nitridation method. According to the composite precursor substance with the coating structure synthesized by the preparation method, the direct contact area and mixing uniformity of raw material substances are improved, the diffusion path of raw materials in a carbon thermal reaction is shortened, local sintering and convergence growth of an intermediate product in the carbon thermal reduction reaction are effectively inhibited, the particle size of the synthesized powder is about 1 micron, and the particle size of the powder is about 1 micron. According to the method, the pure-phase AlON powder can be synthesized at the temperature of about 1700 DEG C, and the synthesis temperature of the powder is remarkably reduced.
本发明公开了一种AlON粉体的制备方法,属于陶瓷粉体制备领域。该制备方法以尿素、糖类化合物、铝盐为原料,通过水热法合成具有包覆结构的复合前驱体物质,再结合碳热还原氮化法合成纯相的AlON粉体。所述制备方法合成的具有包覆结构的复合前驱体物质,提高了原料物质的直接接触面积和混合均匀度,缩短了碳热反应中原料的扩散路径,有效抑制碳热还原反应中中间产物的局部烧结和汇聚长大,其合成粉体颗粒尺寸在1μm左右,所述方法可在约1700℃合成纯相AlON粉体,显著的降低了其粉体的合成温度。
