The welding-free slurry leakage prevention type prefabricated pipe pile connecting device comprises a first end plate, a second end plate, a connecting pin, an inserting box and a plugging connecting piece. A plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the first end plate, and second threaded holes in one-to-one correspondence with the first threaded holes in position are formed in the second end plate; each first threaded hole is provided with a plugging connecting piece, and each second threaded hole is provided with a plugging box. Compared with the prior art, the plugging connecting piece and the plugging box with the end cover are arranged, and the plugging connecting piece is connected with the first end plate and the second end plate in a threaded connection mode, so that the trouble of welding the plugging box and the second end plate is omitted; and the probability that concrete enters the insertion box and the first threaded hole to block the hole during production of the concrete pipe pile is also reduced.
本发明公开一种免焊防漏浆型预制管桩连接装置及混凝土管桩，包括第一端板、第二端板、连接销、插接盒和封堵连接件；所述第一端板上设置有若干个第一螺纹孔，所述第二端板上设置有与第一螺纹孔位置一一对应的第二螺纹孔；每一所述第一螺纹孔上均安装有封堵连接件，每一所述第二螺纹孔上均安装有插接盒；与现有技术相比，本发明通过设置封堵连接件和具有端盖的插接盒，采用螺纹连接的方式与所述第一端板和第二端板进行连接，不仅省去插接盒与第二端板焊接的麻烦，还降低了混凝土管桩在生产时混凝土进入至所述插接盒内和第一螺纹孔内造成堵孔发生的几率。
