The lifting device is used for lifting the inner protection wall, the lifting device further comprises a trigger lifting assembly, the trigger lifting assembly is used for separating the inner protection wall from the outer protection wall and controlling the lifting device, and when an emergency occurs, a constructor below can control the outer protection wall to be separated from the inner protection wall through the trigger lifting assembly. The outer protection wall forms protection on the construction working face, constructors are pulled up through the lifting device to get away from the dangerous environment, and the personal safety of the constructors is guaranteed.
