The subway station structural crack repairing and reinforcing method comprises the steps that S1, degraded concrete on the surface of a structural crack is removed, concrete on the two sides of the surface of the structural crack is excavated to the position 30 mm below an initial concrete member, and a groove is formed; s2, a row of bolt holes are formed in the surface of each structural crack, and the concrete members are vertically driven into the structural cracks through the bolt holes; s3, pouring slurry is injected into the structural crack; s4, an adhesive is injected into the bolt holes, and shear bolts are inserted into the bolt holes; s5, after the adhesive in the step S4 is solidified, steel bars are welded to the bolt head positions on the two sides of the structural crack; s6, performing protection treatment; and S7, the grooves dug in the step S1 are filled with cement mortar. The technical scheme is mainly applied to a single crack with the width exceeding 0.1 mm caused by the load in a cast-in-place concrete member of a subway station, and the crack can be repaired and reinforced through the method no matter how the crack form and the plane trend are.
本发明公开一种地铁车站结构性裂缝修复加固方法及加固件,包括,S1:清除结构性裂缝表面的劣化混凝土,开凿结构性裂缝表面两侧混凝土至初始混凝土构件下的30mm处,形成凹槽;S2:在结构性裂缝的表面各开设一排螺栓孔,通过螺栓孔垂直打入混凝土构件;S3:将灌注浆料注入所述结构性裂缝;S4:向所述螺栓孔内注入粘合剂,并向所述螺栓孔内插入抗剪螺栓;S5:待步骤S4中粘合剂凝固后,在所述结构性裂缝两侧的螺栓头位置焊接钢筋;S6:防护处理;S7:向步骤S1中开凿的凹槽内填充水泥砂浆。本技术方案主要应用于由地铁车站现浇混凝土构件中由荷载原因引起的宽度超过0.1mm的单一裂缝,无论裂缝形式及平面走向如何,都可通过该方法实现对裂缝修复、加固。
