A swing leg oil cylinder capable of driving the rotating stand to rotate horizontally is arranged between the machine body and the rotating stand; the supporting leg device comprises a supporting leg rod, a supporting leg oil cylinder and a supporting part, the upper end of the supporting leg rod is hinged to the rotating frame, the supporting part is connected to the lower end of the supporting leg rod, the upper end of the supporting leg oil cylinder is hinged to the rotating frame, and the lower end of the supporting leg oil cylinder is hinged to the side face of the supporting leg rod; hinge shafts between the machine body and the rotating stand and between the swing leg oil cylinder and the rotating stand are vertically arranged, and hinge shafts between the supporting leg rod and the rotating stand and between the supporting leg oil cylinder and the rotating stand are horizontally arranged. The device can realize crawling displacement, can walk on the wetland, and can automatically enter and exit a shallow water area. The device is suitable for being applied to wetland operation.
