The control method comprises the steps that the target rotating speed of the rotating platform is determined by obtaining a handle input signal of the rotating platform in real time, and if the target rotating speed changes within the range of (M, N), a hydraulic pump in the excavator is controlled to be in the maximum displacement all the time; meanwhile, the displacement of a hydraulic motor in the excavator is controlled to be reduced along with the increase of the target rotating speed. The rotating speed M is defined according to the maximum displacement of the hydraulic motor, the rotating speed N is defined according to the maximum rotating speed of the rotating platform, and when the target rotating speed changes within the range of (M, N), the rotating speed requirement of the rotating platform in the starting process is guaranteed by setting different control conditions corresponding to the displacement of the hydraulic pump and the displacement of the hydraulic motor.
本申请公开了一种挖掘机回转平台的控制方法及挖掘机,通过实时获取回转平台的手柄输入信号确定回转平台的目标转速,若目标转速在(M,N)范围内发生变化,则控制挖掘机中液压泵一直处于最大排量,同时控制挖掘机中液压马达的排量伴随目标转速增大而减小。通过按照液压马达处于最大排量对转速M进行定义,按照回转平台的最大转速对转速N进行定义,在目标转速位于(M,N)范围内变化时,通过设置对液压泵的排量和液压马达的排量各自对应的不同控制条件,保证回转平台在启动过程中的转速需求。
