The invention discloses a material storage yard waste water collecting system which comprises a stockyard arranged underground, a waste water collecting device, a waste water collecting device and a waste water collecting device. The water collecting assembly comprises at least two water collecting ditches which are arranged in a crossed mode, and the water collecting ditches are located at the bottom of the stockyard; the multiple porous sleeves are vertically arranged in the stockyard, and the bottoms of the multiple porous sleeves extend into the water collecting ditch; and the wastewater collection pool is arranged outside the stockyard and is connected with the water collection assembly through a pipeline. The water collecting ditch in the bottom plate of the stockyard and the vertical porous sleeve arranged on the water collecting ditch are adopted for collecting wastewater, it can be guaranteed that the wastewater in the stockyard is efficiently discharged, the water content of materials is reduced, long-term stockpiling and subsequent use of the materials are facilitated, and extremely high economic benefits are achieved.
