The water collecting ditch in the bottom plate of the stockyard and the vertical porous sleeve arranged on the water collecting ditch are adopted for collecting wastewater, it can be guaranteed that the wastewater in the stockyard is efficiently discharged, the water content of materials is reduced, long-term stockpiling and subsequent use of the materials are facilitated, and extremely high economic benefits are achieved.
