The invention provides a device and a method for repairing cracks underwater by adopting magnetic mortar. The device comprises an ultrasonic detector for detecting the cracks of to-be-repaired film bag concrete; a plurality of grouting holes for grouting are formed in the top end of the crack; a magnetic iron gauze used for conducting drainage on the to-be-poured magnetic mortar is arranged in the crack. The magnetic mortar is stored in the grouting equipment; the grouting equipment is connected with the grouting holes through grouting guide pipes and injects the magnetic mortar into the cracks. The problems that during underwater crack repairing, drainage is difficult, the mortar filling rate in cracks cannot be guaranteed, water vapor in the cracks is not fully removed, slurry cannot enter the cracks, engineering damage is caused, and the durability of the engineering is affected are solved. The device and the technology provided by the invention are simple and convenient to operate, and have wide engineering practical significance and application prospects.
