The method comprises the following steps: preparing an experimental material, preparing experimental fly ash geopolymer concrete by aiming at the experimental material, performing basic mechanical property detection on the experimental fly ash geopolymer concrete, if a detection result does not meet the requirement, readjusting the material ratio, and preparing secondary experimental fly ash geopolymer concrete by utilizing the experimental material to ensure that the prepared experimental fly ash geopolymer concrete meets the requirement. According to the proportion of the tested fly ash geopolymer concrete meeting the requirements, the finished fly ash geopolymer concrete is prepared, and the loss of materials is reduced and the input cost of the materials is reduced in a mode of firstly testing and then preparing the finished product.
本发明提出一种垃圾焚烧飞灰地聚物混凝土的制备方法,包括准备原材料、制备试验地聚物混凝土、试验地聚物混凝土成型、试验地聚物混凝土检测及成品地聚物混凝土制备五个步骤,本发明通过将准备的材料划分一部分为实验材料,并针对实验材料来制备试验飞灰地聚物混凝土,再对其进行基础力学性能检测,若检测结果不符合要求,重新调整材料的配比,并利用实验材料进行二次实验飞灰地聚物混凝土的制备,确保制备出来的试验飞灰地聚物混凝土符合需求,继而根据符合需求的试验飞灰地聚物混凝土的配比,来进行成品飞灰地聚物混凝土的制备,通过先试验再成品制备的方式,减少材料的损耗,降低材料的投入成本。
