The invention discloses a method for integrally preparing a geopolymer from household garbage incineration fly ash based on a hydrothermal method, which comprises the following steps: S1, washing the household garbage incineration fly ash with water to obtain a washing product; s2, mixing the washing product with alkali liquor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, and filtering to obtain hydrothermal filter residues and hydrothermal filtrate; s3, mixing the hydrothermal filter residues with fly ash and metakaolin to obtain a first mixture; s4, mixing the first mixture with an alkali activator and a solvent to obtain slurry; wherein the solvent is a hydrothermal filtrate or a mixed solution of the hydrothermal filtrate and water; s5, the slurry is poured and formed, and the geopolymer is obtained. According to the method provided by the invention, the geopolymer is prepared while the treatment problem of heavy metals and dioxin in the household garbage incineration fly ash is solved, harmless treatment and resource utilization of the household garbage incineration fly ash are realized, and the geopolymer has relatively high compression resistance and breaking strength and can be used as a non-structural light fire-resistant thermal insulation material.
