The steel truss girder segment structure comprises a main body component and two supporting components for supporting the main body component, the supporting component comprises an upper connecting base, an upper connecting piece, a splicing plate, a lower connecting piece and a lower connecting base, and the upper connecting base is fixedly installed on the top of the upper connecting piece. According to the steel truss girder segment structure and the assembling method thereof, the supporting components are arranged and are mainly used for improving the mounting precision during supporting component assembling and the structural stability in the storage and hoisting process, during assembling, the supporting components, the web members and the fixing rods rapidly form a stable truss piece structure, and the assembling efficiency is improved. The supporting component can provide a stable and accurate installation position for the upper chord, accurate and rapid assembly is achieved during hoisting, meanwhile, the gap is formed in the middle of the supporting component, a web member can smoothly pass through the supporting component, and normal installation of the web member is not affected.
