Combined unloading method for large temporary supporting system
The invention relates to a combined type unloading method for a large temporary supporting system. The supporting system comprises an unloading footstock, an unloading jack, a supporting stand column, a tool bearing beam and a supporting jig frame. The unloading method comprises the steps that the supporting jig frame is installed, and the tool bearing beam and the unloading footstock are correspondingly arranged on the upper portion; mounting a structure, wherein a main chord member of the structure falls on the unloading footstock and is welded and fixed; scale marks of each step of unloading are drawn on the tops of the supporting stand columns in advance; the hydraulic jack is started, oil pressure is kept, and the unloading amount of the step of cutting the supporting stand column is completed in a flame cutting mode; the hydraulic jack falls back to the unloading quantity value in the step; and the flame cutting and the hydraulic jack alternately fall back until the structure is completely separated. According to the unloading method, under the unloading condition of the hydraulic jack, the supporting stand column is additionally arranged to serve as a safety supporting point for unloading, the safety and stability of structure unloading can be effectively guaranteed, the stress of the structure is stably converted in the unloading process, and the situation that the stress of the structure is not stable due to sudden change of the stress is greatly reduced.
本发明是一种用于大型临时支撑体系的组合式卸载方法,支撑体系包括卸载顶座、卸载千斤顶、支撑立柱、工装承托梁和支撑胎架;卸载方法包括:安装支撑胎架,上部相应设置工装承托梁及卸载顶座;结构安装,结构主弦杆落于卸载顶座上并焊接固定;提前在支撑立柱顶部绘制每步卸载的刻度线;液压千斤顶启动并保持油压,通过火焰切割的方式完成切割支撑立柱该步卸载量;液压千斤顶回落该步卸载量值;火焰切割与液压千斤顶交替回落,直至结构完全脱离。本卸载方法在液压千斤顶卸载的条件下,增设支撑立柱作为卸载的保险支撑点,能有效保证结构卸载的安全性及稳定性,卸载过程中结构受力稳定转换,大大减少因应力突变导致结构受力不稳的情况发生。
