Unloading method for temporary supporting structure
The invention discloses an unloading method for a temporary supporting structure. The unloading method comprises the following steps that the downwarping value of the connecting position of a cantilever structure and a supporting piece under the supporting-free condition is calculated; the supporting piece is cut multiple times in the down-warping direction of the cantilever structure, and the interval between every two times of cutting is at least first time till the total height of the cut and removed part of the supporting piece is equal to 90%-110% of the down-warping value; standing is carried out for a second time; the supporting piece and a supporting platform are removed; by the adoption of the unloading method, the internal stress of the cantilever structure can be slowly released, and then the construction safety is improved.
本申请公开了一种临时支撑结构的卸载方法,所述卸载方法包括以下步骤:计算出所述悬挑结构与所述支撑件的连接处在无支撑情况下的下挠值;沿所述悬挑结构的下挠方向,分多次对所述支撑件进行切割,并且每次切割之间至少间隔第一时间,直至所述支撑件被切割去除部分的总高度等于所述下挠值的90%‑110%;静置第二时间;移除所述支撑件以及所述支撑平台;通过采用本申请的卸载方法,可以缓慢释放悬挑结构的内部应力,进而提高施工安全性。
