The invention relates to the field of photoelectric buildings, and provides a prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard comprises a photovoltaic panel, a wall body and an embedded part; the embedded part is poured in the wall body; and the photovoltaic panel is detachably connected with the embedded part. According to the prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard, the photovoltaic panel and the wall body are connected through the embedded part; the embedded part is poured in the wall body, so that the connection strength between the photovoltaic panel and the wall body can be improved, and the effect of integral forming is achieved; and meanwhile, the embedded part is detachably connected with the photovoltaic panel, so that the photovoltaic panel can be conveniently disassembled, assembled and replaced, and the disassembling and assembling efficiency of the photovoltaic panel is improved. Therefore, according to the prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard provided by the invention, the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the photovoltaic wallboard can be improved, and the problems in the field at the present stage are solved.
本发明涉及光电建筑领域,提供一种预制光伏墙板及制作方法,预制光伏墙板包括光伏板、墙体和预埋件;预埋件浇筑于墙体的内部;光伏板与预埋件可拆卸的相连接。上述预制光伏墙板通过预埋件实现光伏板和墙体的连接;且预埋件浇筑于墙体的内部,该设置能够提高光伏板与墙体的连接强度,实现一体成型的效果;同时,预埋件与光伏板为可拆卸的连接,能够便于光伏板的拆装和更换,提高了光伏板的拆装效率。因此,本发明提出的预制光伏墙板,能够提高光伏墙板的拆装效率,解决了现阶段该领域的难题。
