Prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof. The wallboard comprises an inner wallboard body, a middle layer, an outer wallboard body and photovoltaic panels which are sequentially stacked; the outer wallboard body comprises a plurality of outer battens which are arranged side by side at intervals; and cavities communicating with the outside is defined by the adjacent outer battens, the middle layer and the photovoltaic panels. According to the prefabricated photovoltaic wallboard and the manufacturing method thereof, the outer wallboard body is arranged to be the plurality of outer battens, the outer battens and the inner wallboard body are connected through connecting pieces penetrating through the middle layer, the photovoltaic panels are arranged at the ends, away from the middle layer, of the outer battens, and building photovoltaic integration is achieved; and the outer wallboard body is hollowed out, the weight of the wallboard is reduced, the integrity of the outer battens is enhanced through the photovoltaic panels, heat generated by the photovoltaic panels can be discharged through cavities between the outer battens, the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic panels is improved, and low-carbon and zero-carbon buildings can be achieved easily.
本发明提供一种预制光伏墙板及其制造方法,该墙板包括依次层叠设置的内页墙板、中间层、外页墙板以及光伏板,所述外页墙板包括多个并排间隔设置的外页条板,相邻的所述外页条板之间与所述中间层和所述光伏板共同围成与外部连通的空腔。本发明通过将外页墙板设置成多个外页条板,外页条板与内页墙板之间通过贯穿中间层的连接件连接,外页条板远离中间层的一端设有光伏板,实现建筑光伏一体化;外页墙板镂空化,降低墙板重量,光伏板加强外页条板整体性,光伏板产生热量可以通过外页条板之间的空腔排出,提升光伏板发电效率,有利于实现低碳及零碳建筑。
