The invention discloses a production process of a sintered wallboard, and relates to the field of modular wallboard manufacturing, the production process comprises seven steps of raw material preparation, wallboard preparation, surface spraying, vertical stacking, low-temperature drying, high-temperature drying and finished product sintering, starting from extrusion of a wet blank wallboard, the wallboard begins to be dehydrated and shrunk to different degrees; the wet blank wallboard is subjected to surface spraying, vertical stacking, low-temperature drying and high-temperature drying in the pre-drying chamber, air convection drying can be carried out by exhausting air through a corresponding exhaust fan in the pre-drying chamber within a constant temperature range, and internal stress release of the wet blank of the wallboard can be assisted; the situation that the wall board water blank cracks or has a special-shaped surface in the dewatering and drying process is prevented, and the flatness and integrity of the wall board can be guaranteed.
