A permanent magnet array installation method of a permanent magnet track is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, determining the shape and thickness of a magnetic conductive material and a non-magnetic conductive material added between two permanent magnet arrays; firstly paving a layer of non-magnetic conductive material on two sides of two groups of arrays which are assembled according to an array arrangement form, and then paving a layer of magnetic conductive material outside the non-magnetic conductive material, so that a magnetic induction line of the permanent magnet array returns to the permanent magnet along a magnetic conductive plate to form a magnetic induction loop; in the process of installing the magnetic rails, due to the existence of the magnetic conductive plates additionally arranged on the two sides of the magnetic rails, magnetic lines return to the permanent magnets through the magnetic conductive plates, adsorption force and repulsive force are not generated when the magnetic rails on the two sides are installed, and installation is convenient; and after installation, the non-magnetic conductive material and the magnetic conductive plate at the two ends of the permanent magnet array are taken down. According to the invention, the installation difficulty of the permanent magnet array is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
一种永磁轨道的永磁阵列安装方法,其特征是:首先,确定在两永磁阵列间添加的导磁材料和不导磁材料的形状和厚度;在两组已经按照阵列排布形式组装完成的阵列两侧首先铺上一层不导磁材料,再在不导磁的材料外面铺上一层导磁材料,使永磁体阵列的磁感线沿着导磁板回到永磁体中,形成磁感应回路;在安装磁轨的过程中,由于磁轨两侧加装导磁板的存在,使得磁力线通过导磁板回到了永磁体内,两侧磁轨安装时不产生吸附力和排斥力,便于安装;待安装完后取下永磁阵列两端的不导磁材料和导磁板。本发明减小了永磁阵列的安装难度,提高了拼装效率。
