The invention discloses a dome structure hoisting construction method and a mounting and connecting structure. The dome structure comprises an edge-closing truss, a corner unit connected to one side in the edge-closing truss, partition truss belts connected to the edge-closing truss in the length direction and arranged at intervals, partition units connected between the partition truss belts and an arc-shaped truss connected to the middle of the edge-closing truss in the length direction. Supporting steel columns are connected to the lower portion of the dome structure at intervals. The supporting steel columns are combined with segmented and targeted design of the dome structure, so that lower support is provided for the dome structure; the steel frame dome structure is divided, and division and zoning bases are provided for later installation and hoisting; the arc-shaped truss in the middle is more beneficial to the use of a middle large-span building space under the condition that the middle stress is enhanced; the partition units and the partition truss belts are arranged, so that local reinforcement is facilitated under the change of the wave curvature; and a truss butt joint gap is reserved, so that effective mounting and hoisting of the dome structure are facilitated.
