The invention relates to a water heating pipe well in building construction, in particular to a combined casing pipe construction method used in a water heating pipe well, and the combined casing pipe construction method is accurate in position and capable of avoiding secondary pouring. Comprising the following steps that the position of a casing pipe is determined on a bottom plate according to pipeline arrangement in a tube well on a tube well large sample drawing and pipeline arrangement in the tube well on the tube well large sample drawing; according to the size of a pipeline on the pipe well large sample drawing, four vertically-arranged short steel bars which form a circle in a surrounding mode are welded to the positions, corresponding to the sleeves, of the bottom plate; determining the size of a sleeve according to the tube well large sample drawing, and manufacturing the sleeve; the casing pipes are placed among the four short steel bars at the corresponding positions on the bottom plate; the casing pipes are connected in series to form a combined casing pipe in a manner of welding long steel bars; and aligning the head and the tail of the manufactured combined sleeve in a suspension wire manner or by using a laser positioning instrument. The casing pipes are connected in series through the long steel bars, installation is accurate, the construction quality is improved, secondary pouring is avoided, and then secondary pollution and damage generated in the secondary formwork hanging process are avoided.
本发明涉及建筑施工中的水暖管井,具体是一种位置精准、能够避免二次浇注的水暖管井内用组合套管施工方法。包括如下步骤:根据管井大样图上管井内的管道排布,根据管井大样图上管井内的管道排布,在底板上确认套管的位置;根据管井大样图上管道的尺寸,在底板上对应每个套管的位置焊接四根竖直布置的围成圈的短钢筋;根据管井大样图确认套管的尺寸制作套管;将套管放置在底板上对应位置的四根短钢筋之间;用焊接长钢筋的方式将套管串连在一起成为组合套管;用吊线的方式或使用激光定位仪将制作好的组合套管的首末对齐。本发明通过用长钢筋将套管串连在一起,安装精准,提高施工质量,避免二次浇筑,进而避免二次吊模过程中产生的二次污染和破坏。
