The bottom end of the T-shaped supporting rod extends into the sand box and is in contact with iron sand filled in the sand box; and the sand box and the hydraulic jack are fixed on the operation platform. According to the technical scheme, effective supporting of the steel batter post can be achieved, manpower, material resources and cost needed by construction are effectively reduced, and technological links and difficulty needed by construction are reduced on the basis of repeated utilization.
