The invention discloses an adjustable supporting device for inclined stone cultural relics and a using method of the adjustable supporting device. The technical problems that an existing cultural relic supporting system is large in damage to a cultural relic body, poor in universality and capable of causing multiple times of irreversible damage to the cultural relics during installation and replacement are solved. The adjustable supporting device comprises a length-adjustable supporting rod, an upper supporting seat and a lower supporting seat are hinged to the supporting rod, a screw hole is formed in the upper supporting seat, a bolt facing a cultural relic supporting face is arranged in the screw hole, a spiral spring is arranged between the bolt and the cultural relic supporting face, a pressure sensor is arranged between the upper supporting seat and the cultural relic supporting face, and the pressure sensor is connected with a pressure digital display system. According to the force transmission path of the whole structure, the spiral spring, the bolt and the thread, the inclined supporting rod and the lower supporting seat are included, stable supporting can be achieved, universality is high, adjustment and replacement are convenient, and damage to the supporting face of the cultural relics can be minimized.
本发明公开了一种用于倾斜石质文物的可调式支撑装置及其使用方法,解决了现有文物支撑体系对文物本体损伤大、通用性差以及安装、更换时会对文物造成多次不可逆损伤的技术问题。本发明包括长度可调的支撑杆,支撑杆铰接有上部支撑座、下部支撑座,上部支撑座上设置有螺孔,螺孔内设置有朝向文物支撑面的螺栓,螺栓与文物支撑面之间设置有螺旋弹簧,上部支撑座与文物支撑面之间设置有压力传感器,压力传感器连接有压力数显系统。本发明的整个结构传力路径为:螺旋弹簧——螺栓与螺纹——倾斜的支撑杆——下部支撑座,不仅能稳定支撑、通用性强、便于调节和更换,而且还能使文物支撑面受损最小化。
